hello. your work is just amazing. beautiful.question about the white mousse. would love to get the recipe. i'm searchin for a mousse like that for awhile. i'v made creme patissiere with whipped cream and gelatin and from some reason it dosnt hold for long . after 30 min. its starts collapsing slowly. i need to create a dessert that will hold for couple of hours plus transported to party place. i would love to hear any suggestions from you. tx.
