Basically, Cost out the recipe. Then devide the cost by how much the recipe makes. This gives you the food cost per item. For sales take that number and multiply it by your mark up. I was taught to multilpy it by 3. I think now its like 6 now. This is your sale price..

Also, check out the competition in your area. I did that, and I price my items competitively, but I also take in consideration that I am using more expensive ingredients, as I have premium baked goods. Still - the public must see and taste the value, so competitive pricing is always wise.
