For chocolate I would contact Barry Callebaut. If you let them know what you are looking for they can find the supplier that carries it for you. They cater to special requirements as well. I needed a gluten-free, dairy-free & nut-free chocolate and they were able to supply. I purchase sanding sugars and liquid colors through India Tree (they are all vegetable based).
