There are a few companies that sell on eBay but I don' know if they have what you are looking for. Just put the type you want in the search field and see what comes up.

Hay Annette, Thanks for the comments!! In regard to your question on the Pistachio Tart w/ Chocolate meringue. its really simple to do. I took an almond pound cake recipe and just subbed ground pistachios for the ground almonds and baked for 15 minutes @350. The tart shells are from Swiss Chalet but they can be made from scratch just as easliy. As far as the chocolate meringue. This is just a basic meringue with Dutch Cocoa folded into it. Hope this helps..Feel free to drop me a note if you have any other questions...8 )

Hi we have sample packs and they have a representation of most of the products and it is a standard set we offer. If you are out of the united states then you need to pay for shipping ahead, but the sample set is FREE to you. thank you and let me know if you would like to have something set up.

Thank you for the complement. So you enjoy cake decorating also that's great. I started out self taught also and then went to pastry school. But I've learned more on my own by talking to other cake decorators.
