Thanks for that - I think I'll have better luck getting it on amazon then in my little town. In the interim, I would dearly love the recipe that's in the book.

Cream Cheese 15 lb
Sugar 5 lb
Eggs 2qt 3 c
Vanilla 2 oz
Heavy Cream 2 c

Basically. using a paddle ,cream cheese with sugar. gradually add eggs and vanilla. be sure to scrape bowl often. divide mix into 3 bowls.
in bowl 1 add melted chocolate to desired flavor. set aside
in bowl 2 add peanut butter to desired flavor. DONT WHIP THESE ADDITIONS. Fold in with a rubber spatula..
Add the plain cheesevcke mix into prepped pan. add chocolate mixture then top off with peanut butter mixture. I like to run a spoon thru thes to give the cake a marble look. Bake in a waterbath for about an hour..depending on how thick you make your cake. I usually do mine 1-1 1/2 inches deep.
let cool completely then unpan. I usually put cakes in freezer for a few hours.

HOPE THIS HELPS!!
