We are hoping to open sometime in early June. It's been quite crazy lately. But again, I wouldn't have it any other way either. Glad to hear that things are right on track for the event! I can't wait to hear more about it when it's done and you've had a few days of down time....
I am sure it will be very successful and I will pencil in the dates for next year now, because I think it sounds like such a great time. Good luck and let me know if there is anything I can do from afar. Otherwise can't wait to hear all about it.

Hi Melissa-
Just wondering how things are going now that you are getting close to the date of your event? I hadn't talked to you in a while...hope all is going well and that you were able to get all of the people lined up, etc. Good luck...wish I could make it down. Also, there is a young girl looking for a Chocolate "Mentor"...I want to suggest she talk to you, as you may have access to those types of people from this event. She wants to do showpieces, etc. SHe is on this site and her post is Mentor Needed I believe. So, if you happen to have a few minutes while your here...read her post and see if you may know of anyone off hand to help her. Best of luck to you!! I know it will be great, and maybe once we get the bakery up and running we can come to 2nd Annual Sugar is Art Gallery!!
