Hi Nancy,
It's easy to start a blog on this website.
On the homepage, click on the tab at the top of the page marked blogs,
it's right between Forums and Photos.
On the Blog page click on "start a new blog" and then you can down load a photo of a particular cake, then write text describing the techniques used or other pertinent info.
It's like putting a caption on the photos of your work.
You would need a name or title for your blog.
I would be interested to read what you have to say about your work.
Take care,
Shawn
hey nancy
the tuile is made from chocolate caramel brittle that i finely crushed, formed into ovals on a silpat, and baked until melted.
the icing for the billiard ball cupcakes i piped on, the strips and numbers are fondant.
Hey Nancy,
Your work is spectacular!
Your technical mastery and creative artistry are as fine as any I've seen.
I'd love it if you would start a blog on this site and feature one of your cakes with a description of the techniques involved and the creative process.
I'm looking forward to your postings.
