Try checking in your area to see if there are any local producers of ice cream (not a chain). Some times if you give them your recipe, they will produce what your'e looking for a price.

Your work is wonderful. Cant do cookies...just don't work out for me but most other things... so I am going to work on cookies after seeing your beautiful work. Also, I love your dog (Newfondland?). He (or she?) is awsome too.

Hi Nancy,
It's easy to start a blog on this website.
On the homepage, click on the tab at the top of the page marked blogs,
it's right between Forums and Photos.
On the Blog page click on "start a new blog" and then you can down load a photo of a particular cake, then write text describing the techniques used or other pertinent info.
It's like putting a caption on the photos of your work.
You would need a name or title for your blog.
I would be interested to read what you have to say about your work.

the tuile is made from chocolate caramel brittle that i finely crushed, formed into ovals on a silpat, and baked until melted.
the icing for the billiard ball cupcakes i piped on, the strips and numbers are fondant.
