Hi There,
Steve Christensen is my name and I teach Ice Cream Classes at a place called the Frozen Dessert Institute in St Louis MO.
I also travel and speak at Ice Cream Events around the country. I started videoing Ice Cream stores and posted them on my website - www.theicecreambloke.com
I post a weekly video of either a new store or an Ice Cream recipe each Monday. If you come across any unique stores in your travels I would love to hear about them to do a segment on them.
