Swedish/Irish Chef gone from Physics to Culinary Arts. I started cooking to help my mom out with dinner and earn money for school. That led me to cook for my Profs. and the Frat houses. I took a break from the culinary world but not very far from my mind. I have worked for small family resteraunts all the way up to hotels and major casinios. Now I have a wonderful family and I am back to owning my own catering company "Old World Catering". I have started to bring the wonderful flavors of Sweden and iRELAND to Norfolk.

I have eaten my way through over a 130 countries throughout the world. I have written a cookbook, Stolen Secrets, and articles for food and travel magazines. I was the host of Stump the Chef, co-host of The Food Show and The Super Foodies, syndicated radio shows heard across the US on ABC. I also have hosted radio and television food and cooking shows in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Dallas. My latest venture is a new chocolate primmer, Chocolates Out of the Box, to be published Spring 2010.
