PERFECT POPCORN RECIPE



Ingredients



* 3 Tbsp canola, peanut or grapeseed oil (high smoke point oil)

* 1/3 cup of high quality popcorn kernels

* 1 3-quart covered saucepan

* 2 Tbsp or more (to taste) of butter

* Salt to taste



Method



1 Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan on medium high heat.

A custard base recipe - ideal for making a rich and creamy
vanilla ice cream

1 cup (250ml) whole milk

1 cup (250ml) double/heavy cream

Thanks for the offer of samples, but right now, I develop recipes strictly for the home cook. Unless your products are widely available in everyday retail locations, it's unlikely that I would develop recipes with them. They sound terrific, however!
