High altitude adjustment

I made my nieces wedding cake at 6000 ft. Wow what a issue. so what are the rule for adjusting at this elevation.

I have been a fan fo Choclatier for ever, do you hav online site with recipes. the mags are all getting old. The New Yorker has gone to cd's have you thougt of it.
