2015 L'Art du Chocolatier Results

The winners of L'Art du Chocolatier 2015.

 

Kudos to all the dessert professionals who participated in the 2015 L’Art Du Chocolatier Challenge. Anthony Vellut (ARIA Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, NV) was crowned Chocolatier of the Year, Helen Hong (Four Seasons Hotel, Chicago, IL) won second place, and Wilfredo Barajas (The Peninsula Hotel, Chicago,IL) placed third in the all-chocolate competition that was held on May14-15, 2015 at the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Chicago, IL.
