And the Press Prize goes to...

 

Congratulations to Erin Kanagy-Loux (Reynard at the Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn, NY) on winning the press prize at the 2015 C3 Pastry Competition presented by Valrhona. The professional competition was held on October 25-26, 2015 at the 10th annual Starchefs International Chefs Congress (ICC) in Brooklyn, NY. The press jury members for the 2015 C3 were Kate Krader (Restaurant Editor, Food & Wine), Antoinette Bruno (CEO and Editor-in-Chief, Starchefs.com), and Matthew Stevens (editor, Dessert Professional Magazine).
