KREBS Switzerland has launched the hotCHOC, a heated, food safe, hand-held chocolate spray gun designed for pastry chefs, bakers, and chocolatiers. This purpose-built, electric sprayer can be used for final coverings, prepping molds, speckling pralines or adding decoration and thicker layers to cakes and other baked goods. The hotCHOC employs a heating unit and insulation sleeve encased in the nozzle to keep the chocolate fluid. The tool is also designed to minimize over-spray and excessive noise.
